How we review applications

We review every application using the same criteria, applied consistently to all applicants:

Income: verifiable gross household income of about 3 times the monthly rent.
Credit and background check.
Rental history: including references from current and previous landlords.

Please do not enter your Social Security number on this form; we don’t collect it online. If your application moves forward, we’ll contact you about next steps, which are handled securely.
